A man digitized into a 3-D video game must outrun a metallic ball or it's GAME OVER!!!
The names of those involved are in the credits portion of the movie. Basically, Nick Coccellato did the 3D Animation, Nick and James Sullivan did the Editing, James did the Compositing, and James and Gregg Golding did the Stop-Motion Animation.
Also, the 3D animation was made in Autodesk's 3D Studio Max, compositing was done in Adobe After Effects, and Editing was done on Adobe Premiere Pro.
